After some messing around I was finally able to install SimCity 3000 Unlimited on my computer, however in order to do so I had to manually copy all the files/folder in the cd to a folder I created on my pc called SimCity 3000 Unlimited(Since for some reason the installer never works on my windows 10 or windows 8.1 machine).
